Welcome to GaliKart. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GaliKart website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using GaliKart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The websites www.galikart.com, www.galikart.in ("Website") and mobile application 'GaliKart' (App) (Website and App collectively referred to as the "Platform") is owned, operated and managed by the GaliKart Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office situated at B-7/10 Arawali Sulabh Awas, Type 3, Shatabdi Nagar, Kanpur, UP-208020.
Please read these Terms carefully before You use the Platform. If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not use the services on the Platform, and We request You to uninstall the App and not access the Platform. By even merely using/accessing the Platform, You shall be contracting with GaliKart and You signify Your acceptance to these Terms and other GaliKart policies (including but not limited to the cancellation & refund terms and published privacy policy ('Privacy Notice') as posted on the Platform and amended from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which You use the Platform and thereby create a legally binding agreement to abide by the same.
GaliKart is a hyperlocal marketplace platform that connects customers with nearby vendors (including grocery stores, medical stores, and other local sellers) and delivery partners for order fulfillment.
GaliKart acts as a technology facilitator and does not own, sell, or manufacture the products listed by vendors unless explicitly stated.

GaliKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
GaliKart enables:
Availability of services may vary based on location, vendor availability, and operational constraints.
• Prices are determined by vendors and may vary.
• The information related to the accepted payment methods on the Platform shall be displayed during the purchasing process.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the Privacy Notice, You acknowledge and agree that GaliKart may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
• You undertake to provide valid bank details or other details required for facilitating payment towards the transaction ("Payment Details").
• GaliKart may charge platform, delivery, or convenience fees, which will be disclosed at checkout.
• Gift Cards: You can use GaliKart Gift Cards for the purchases on the Platform, by redeeming the value contained in such Gift Cards at the time of payment for the purchase of eligible Products or services only on the Platform.
• All payments are subject to third-party payment gateway terms.
• The delivery fees cover the delivery services as part of the sale of Products purchased by You on the Platform.
• While efforts are made to display an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for every order, the delivery time may vary due to factors such as third-party delivery service availability, demand, traffic, weather conditions, force majeure events, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.
• The delivery of the orders will be made to the address specified by You at the time of placing the order on the Platform.
• If You opt for 'Cash on Delivery (CoD)' mode, Seller/third-party delivery service providers shall have the right to refuse delivery of the order to You if You fail to make the complete payment.
• The delivery of alcoholic beverage and tobacco Products to You is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria prescribed under the applicable law.
• GaliKart may request You to provide Your identification and age proof documents including PAN card or other documents at the time of ordering and delivery.
• By accessing the alcoholic beverage and tobacco Products category, You represent that You comply with all the eligibility criteria under applicable law including legal age in Your state.
• Important User Declaration: You agree and undertake to not provide the address of any public place, including but not limited to, educational institution, hospital, and religious places as Your delivery address for orders relating to alcoholic beverage and tobacco Products.
GaliKart is a technology platform that facilitates the purchase and delivery of medicines from licensed pharmacies. This policy governs the upload, verification, processing, and handling of medical prescriptions on the GaliKart platform, in compliance with Indian laws.

• The Platform and its Content (texts, videos, graphics, user interfaces, sounds, artwork, computer code) is either owned by or licensed by GaliKart.
• The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Platform are the licensed property of GaliKart or owned by third parties.
• You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior consent of GaliKart.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GaliKart, Sellers, service providers, its officers, directors, consultants, agents, representatives and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages arising from Your use of the Platform.
• GaliKart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• GaliKart is not responsible for vendor actions, product issues.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, vendor readiness, or other factors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GaliKart, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from Your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
• The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either You or GaliKart.
• GaliKart may disable Your access or block Your future access to the Platform if it believes You have violated any term of these Terms.
• Any such termination shall not cancel Your obligation to pay for a Product or service purchased on the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Kanpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• As part of the services provided by GaliKart, We may facilitate and allow third party advertisers to place advertisements on the Platform.
• Any interactions or transactions You undertake with Third Party Advertisers are strictly between You and the Third Party Advertiser.
• GaliKart bears no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in advertising content.
GaliKart may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions for Minors ("Minor Terms") govern access to and use of the GaliKart platform by individuals below the age of 18 years.
